Essential Functions:

· Managing a team of insurance agents

· Identifying and recruiting talent to help increase sales in the senior market

· Training new agents and field trainers on the products and sales tools that Physicians Mutual offers

· Effectively leading and coaching field trainers and agents to meet or exceed sales goals

· Assist in developing operating plans for sales, recruiting and training

Job Requirements:

· Life and Health license

· Medicare Supplement sales experience

· Recruit and develop sales talent

· Strong written/verbal communication skills

· College degree, preferred

Compensation:

This W2 employee position offers you the ability to create your own unlimited income potential in addition to a competitive compensation package including:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
